Wilson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently completing his Laws degree.  Wilson is both principal of batallion consulting and a consultant of batallion legal.

In 2001, Wilson was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants after successfully completing the prestigious Professional Year Program.  In addition, Wilson is a registered tax agent.

Wilson has also gained experience with three large banks and a big 4 accounting firm providing business and tax advisory services.

Wilson has a wealth of experience in advising both enterprises and individuals on all aspects of accounting, income tax, FBT, GST, PAYG and payroll tax.  With batallion, Wilson:

  • has examined the income tax and FBT implications of overseas government employees receiving cash and non-cash benefits
  • has advised on the GST implications of property developments, looking at changes in creditable purpose and adjustments to the claiming of input tax credits
  • has undertaken due diligence projects on business and franchise acquisitions and mergers

Wilson is a native speaker of Teo Chiew and has a basic understanding of
both Mandarin and Cantonese
.  He enjoys playing volleyball and a round of tennis.
