Wilson holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is currently completing his Laws degree. Wilson is both principal of batallion consulting and a consultant of batallion legal.

In 2001, Wilson was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants after successfully completing the prestigious Professional Year Program. In addition, Wilson is a registered tax agent.

Wilson has also gained experience with three large banks and a big 4 accounting firm providing business and tax advisory services.

Wilson has a wealth of experience in advising both enterprises and individuals on all aspects of accounting, income tax, FBT, GST, PAYG and payroll tax. With batallion, Wilson:

has examined the income tax and FBT implications of overseas government employees receiving cash and non-cash benefits
has advised on the GST implications of property developments, looking at changes in creditable purpose and adjustments to the claiming of input tax credits
has undertaken due diligence projects on business and franchise acquisitions and mergers

Wilson is a native speaker of Teo Chiew and has a basic understanding of
both Mandarin and Cantonese. He enjoys playing volleyball and a round of tennis.
